TICKET CHANGE / CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers who wish to change or cancel their tickets may do so through our application or contact us using the following information:

Cancellation Timeframes and Fees:

• More than 2 hours before departure: Free cancellation.

• Between 1 and 2 hours before departure: A cancellation fee of 30% of the ticket price applies.

• Within 1 hour before departure: A cancellation fee of 100% of the ticket price applies.

Applicable Booking Methods:

• Tickets booked via the FUTA - Ha Son app/website.

• Tickets purchased at FUTA - Ha Son ticket counters.

• Tickets booked through the FUTA - Ha Son hotline.

• Tickets booked through FUTA - Ha Son's official online channels: Zalo OA, WhatsApp, etc.

• Cancel tickets in person at FUTA - Ha Son offices.
